How do I book a portrait session, wedding or event?
First things first, contact me and include as much of the following as possible:

Once we have the details down and a date planned, a customized Client Agreement will be emailed to you for you to complete, sign and put down a non-refundable retainer fee. A signed Client Agreement and non-refundable retainer fee is required to put your session or event on the LHP calendar.
How do I pay you?
I currently accept all payments for photo sessions & weddings via credit/debit card at signing of your Client Agreement. Other product payments are taken via Paypal invoice where a debit/credit card is required.
What is the turn around time for portrait sessions?
Most portrait clients can expect their proof gallery within 7 business days of their session, (likely sooner) and can expect their finally gallery within another 7 business days after choosing their images.
If you purchased your full gallery, (50+ images), you can expect your final gallery within in 3-4 weeks from your session, if not sooner, depending upon season. This excludes seasonal mini sessions.
Wedding clients can expect their full wedding gallery 8-10 weeks following their wedding day, depending upon season.
When do shoot portrait sessions?
I typically start all my portrait sessions 1-2 hours before sunset for the best outdoor lighting depending upon which package you book. Morning sessions are only available upon request and scheduled on Saturday mornings only. Morning sessions are always scheduled around sunrise for the best outdoor lighting.
What kind of portrait sessions do you photograph?
I'm currently booking senior, couple/engagement, bridals, family, and extended families.
What kind of events do you photograph?
I'm currently booking weddings, elopements, anniversaries, engagement proposals, gender reveals, bridal showers, baby showers, and styled sessions.
Do you provide high resolution digital images?
Yes. Every package I offer for Portraits and Weddings includes high resolution edited images with a lifetime print release.
Do you travel?
I do. I love to travel. Some travel fees may apply to locations outside of College Station city limits, for full details please feel free to inquire.
Do you photograph quince's or sweet 15's?
Unfortunately, I currently do not photograph teenage parties or events.
Do you have an outdoor location we can use?
Yes. I have a wide range of outdoor locations I love using for portrait sessions. You can view a full list of them here.
Can we have the session at our family ranch?
Absolutely, as long as your land is 4+ acres, I'm happy to come to you. I'm often asked to travel to private land for family or engagement sessions and I always produce some of my most favorite images.
Do you have an indoor location or studio?
Unfortunately, I do not have a studio at the moment nor do I have a designated indoor location available for portrait sessions. However, I do have a wonderful covered location that can keep us dry if rescheduling is not an option.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes. I offer seasonal mini sessions. Typically, right before Valentines, during bluebonnet season and again in the Fall.
What if the weather is bad come the day of our session?
In the chance of rainy weather, I always recommend rescheduling for a prettier day (not exceeding 30 days) first. Most hair and makeup artists will understand if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to weather issues. No one can control the weather.
If rescheduling is not an option due to conflicting schedules or traveling to BCS from out of town/state then I do have a covered outdoor area in College Station, Texas that will keep us dry (not warm) from rainy weather conditions.
However, in the chance of SEVERE WEATHER (lighting, hail, tornadoes, flash flooding or hurricanes), session appointments are automatically canceled and rescheduled on the calendar that same day for a future date not going past 60 days.
